Pierced And Modifed is a body jewellery company based in Glasgow. The site is fully e-commerce enabled and all content is totally controlled by the site owners. The owners originally used eBay for their online transactions but wanted to move the business up a notch and have their own dedicated site. One of the main briefs was that the site design should be edgy to fit in with the piercing and tattooing community. We drafted in a different graphic artist especially for this job, and very deliberatley one who has no corporate web design experience but comes from a more artist background.

Chimera Kitchens is a fully e-commerce enabled site built for a kitchen supply company. The company now sells over 8000 items via their website.

IndustrialMachines.Net sells advertising for industrial machinery from countries all over the world to countries all over the world. Within the first month of having the new website, the company went from one hundred thousand hits per month to one million. There are around 200 members with nearly 2,000 machines advertised at any one time.

PlasticMachineryUK.com is a machinery dealer and a member of IndustrialMachines.Net. The data for the machinery advertised on their website comes from the IndustrialMachines.Net database. When a machine is added, updated or deleted on one website, the same happens to it immediately on the other. There is also a messaging and email system for enquiries, a news area and a mailshot email generator. Everything is controlled by the customer, using a Content Management System (CMS) tailored to their exact needs. This website part of a growing network of 'Powered By IM' websites, built using Microsoft .NET technology.

QuinnBrothers.com is another member of the 'Powered by IM' network, like PlasticsMachinery above. It works in exactly the same way, while using a different front-end design.
